No yet, Apple has completely changed how notifications work in Big Sur. We are actively working on an update and will release it as soon as it's ready.
As long as you are running macOS 10.15 or higher you should be fine.
Scheduled do not disturb sessions and other apps that toggle do not disturb can however interfere with NoNotify.
Some apps on macOS does not respect the users choice to be left undisturbed. Please write to the authors of these apps and let them know that's not ok!
